Bryan Fickett is well known throughout the crystal growth community, having numerous publications and conference appearances. His diversified crystal growth background spans over two decades with experience in several processes such as Czochralski, Heat Exchange Method and Edge Defined Film Fed Growth. In addition to crystal growth expertise, Mr. Fickett has extensive knowledge of etching processes and water treatment systems. He has presented dynamic training seminars with subjects including crystal growth, total quality improvement, preventative problem solving, effective communication, supervision, and teamwork. Prior to working independently, he held key positions with Siemens Solar Industries, ASE Americas, BP Solar, Crystaltech, Inc., North American Crystal Labs, and Saphikon, Inc. Mr. Fickett currently provides consultation to Jax Industries, Sumco USA, RWE Schott Solar, and others. His vision is to promote widespread improvement in crystal growth technology by providing innovative hardware and engineering expertise.
